I have never slept better. Before I first slept on it, I didn't get the hype at all. I didn't think it was a worthy investment, to be honest. But after the very first night, I can say it was worth every penny. It is bigger and comfier than my bed at home and I sleep so well. At first I was skeptical about how comfortable the Biggabed would be, but thought the extra space would be nice. The Biggabed turned out to be very comfortable, and the installation/removal was no hassle at all. I will definitely be getting a Biggabed again next year! What if my bed doesn't fit in my room?
We're so confident you'll love your Biggabed, we offer a 30-day full refund guarantee! If you want to return your bed, change sizes, or change toppers, just let us know. You can check out the full details on our Refund Policy page. We will only install Biggabeds in rooms that fit them, per state fire safety laws.
Is a Biggabed really worth it?
We think so! You sleep better, feel more at home, and we make sure our stuff is super comfy! Plus, we deliver, set up, and remove everything for you, meaning no extra move-in or move-out hassle.
Do I have to set it up myself?
All Biggabed rentals come with complimentary installation and pickup. If we can't coordinate an installation time for you, we'll drop it off and assist with installation as we're able.
What do I do with my bed at the end of the year?
We'll reach out before the end of your rental period to organize a time to come pick up your Biggabed package from you - free of charge. Just one less thing to worry about during finals!
Do you have any discounts?
Yes, we often have giveaways and sales. Make sure to follow us on Instagram to keep up with the latest news. We also offer bulk discounts to organizations like sports teams, Greek Life, clubs, or superblocks. If you feel you are part of an organization that qualifies for a bulk discount, please message us. What size sheets should I use?
We recommend Full-XL sheets as they fit best, and that's what size the Biggabed is. We sell comfy Full-XL sheets!
If you have a favorite set of queen or full sheets, they will also work, but there'll be extra/not enough fabric, respectively.
What happens to the school mattress and bed frame?
They stay right there! We don't take anything out of your room, we just add stuff on.
When can I expect to get my bed?
If you purchase before any order deadlines, your bed will be delivered during the move-in period listed on your purchase statement. If you ordered after any deadlines, we'll be in touch to organize delivering your bed ASAP!
What if I'm coming to school early or staying late for graduation?
Depending on Campus Director availability, we may provide an option for "early arrival" bed delivery. This may come at an additional charge. We will let you know about this as it becomes an option. There will be no additional charge for bed pickups during graduation/senior week, just keep an eye on your email for move-out details from us!
Do you sell beds for off-campus apartments or graduating seniors?
